After a successful initial SEIS/EIS raise the Company grew rapidly globally, despite covid, Brexit, inflation and tightening capital markets.

RGH is an EIS qualifying entity and pre approved by HMRC. It has continued to successfully raise capital with its share price rising from 5p to 36P since March 2020. RGH is aiming for a Q4 2024 listing with a minimum valuation of £50m as its target, and is currently in  a Q1 2024  pre-ipo raise of £1m to £1.5m open to sophisticated investors only.*
